Corrections Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Priva Health aims to correct meaningful errors promptly and transparently. Health information can affect real decisions, so accuracy and accountability are central to our work.
How to report a possible error
Email privahealthphilippines@gmail.com with the subject line “Correction Request.” Please include:
- The page title and URL;
- The sentence, claim, link, or section you believe is incorrect;
- An explanation of the concern; and
- A reliable supporting source, if available.
How we review requests
We evaluate the claim against authoritative sources, the context of the article, its publication date, and any relevant guidelines or updates. When needed, we may consult a qualified healthcare professional or subject-matter expert.
Types of changes
Minor edits
Spelling, grammar, formatting, or link repairs that do not change the meaning may be corrected without a formal correction note.
Clarifications and updates
We may revise wording to improve clarity, add context, update a source, or reflect newer guidance. A substantive update should change the displayed reviewed or updated date.
Material corrections
If an error could materially affect a health decision, we will correct it as soon as reasonably possible and add a visible note explaining what changed. The note should identify the corrected issue without repeating harmful misinformation unnecessarily.
Retractions or removals
We may retract or remove content when it is fundamentally unreliable, unsafe, unlawfully published, seriously violates privacy, or cannot be responsibly corrected. Where appropriate, the original URL may display an explanation rather than silently disappearing.
Service listings and external links
Clinic schedules, free-testing services, prices, product availability, and external pages can change without notice. We correct verified outdated information when reported, but readers should confirm important details directly with the service provider.
No payment for corrections
Priva Health does not charge a reader to submit a correction and will not accept payment to hide a legitimate error or remove accurate public-interest information.
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge credible correction requests within a reasonable period. Complex medical or legal questions may take longer because they require verification. Emergency medical questions should not be sent through the corrections process.
